IMANNA Laboratory, Inc., established by Bob White in 1983, is a privately owned independent

testing facility providing the marine product manufacturer a place where product development

and certification testing can be completed at a single facility.

Our structure keeps the overhead rates low in order to pass the savings through to the customer.

Mr. White has over 40 years experience developing recreational boating standards and plays a leading role in the development of testing techniques and procedures utilized in the industry today.

IMANNA is recognized as an approved laboratory for testing to the industry standards published

by the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) and as a Standards Compliance Specialist by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). IMANNA also tests to various other standards including California Air Resource Board (CARB), EPA, ISO, SAE, ASTM, RTCM, RTCA, LSA, UL, as well as custom test procedures.

IMANNA is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited Lab.  The ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation is the highest recognized quality standard for testing and calibration laboratories. For an organization to be ISO 17025 accredited, its laboratory must be able to consistently produce precise, repeatable and accurate tests and have implemented a rigorous quality management system.  ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation reaffirms our commitment to quality, precision, accuracy, and to our customers.
